Something brown outside, yellow inside, tasteful, soft textured, and has became Indonesian's food favorite, that's perkedel. I like it too especially when I ate it with yellow-rice cooked. Potato is the main ingredient of this lovable dish. My grandma's made is the best perkedel ever! Maybe in the next post I'll write the recipe and how to cook it, piece of cake ~
Now perkedel has became another nickname for me after ria, yaya, umbi. Among a lot of words, why do I was called such that name? the answer is just laugh or louder laugh. Yaaaa just enjoy it yay! maybe it happened because they care much about me and reciprocally I do too :))
